FM University Balasore Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Fakir Mohan University, Balasore has a training and placement cell that contacts companies throughout India for the summer training and project work of the students. A faculty member is looking after the FM University Balasore placement cell. Placement training like soft-skills training, technical aptitude, general aptitude, personality development training, group discussion, and mock interviews are provided by the Fakir Mohan University placement cell to train the students for placement. The FMU placement cell is assisting students with career planning and conducting campus interviews. It also hosts an Entrepreneurship Motivation Camp to encourage students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career option. The departments of FMU also coordinate with the career counselling and placement cell to raise awareness about various career options and to organise on-campus and off-campus drives for students. FM University placement cell also planned to start up personal development and spoken English classes to prepare students fit for national-level job-oriented programmes.

According to the Fakir Mohan University placement statistics (data taken from NIRF data) for the 2-year PG programme, out of 598 eligible candidates, 43 students have been placed in the year 2021. However, a median salary of Rs.2,76,000 was offered to the students and 77 students opted for higher studies from FMU in the year 2021. Similarly, as per the FM University Balasore placement statistics for the 3-year PG programme, out of 80 eligible candidates, 35 students have been placed with a median salary of Rs.3,75,000 in the year 2021.
