Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a full-time Four-year undergraduate degree course and it is offered by the Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Barabanki.

B. Tech in Civil Engineering is a four-year undergraduate degree course in the field of Civil Engineering. After B.Tech CE, the students are capable to work for Govt. Sectors/PSU’s/ MNCs or can do a master course like Master in Technology in the field of structural, environmental engineering, etc. It is a technical degree that prepares students for a career in the field of Civil Engineering and software development in a specific specialized field.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subject. Candidate must have obtained minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade for GEN/OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST Category in the above subjects taken together.

College Infrastructure

As for the infrastructure,it has a wide campus with 6 buildings in total which all are G+6 floors. SRMU has great labs which are equipped with the latest and essential equipment..Whether they are the Hydraulic lab, Environment lab, Structures lab, Geotechnical engineering lab,Material testing lab etc.Apart from these labs, various software programs like AutoCAD, StaadPro, Revit Architecture and estimation labs are also performed to enhance the technical knowledge of the students and prepare them for the latest technologies used in Civil Engineering field. The classrooms are spacious and furnished with proper WiFi.Computers labs are frequently used. Various sports club activities take place and with proper courts made for them.SRMU has various small-level libraries and a main Central LIbrary which consist of a variety of books from almost every course, and students have access to all of them.Campus follows hygiene and is NAAC accredited.Cantenes serve fresh food and a variety to food to choose from.

My experience is average with this college .

College Infrastructure

There is no any facility for library because if you want to issue book then there is so many restrictions and Rules. College have their own wi fi services but they no provided to students there is no any smart board and smart classes for professional course. The colleges infrastructure is decent but there's room for improvement. It could be more modern and spacious to enhance the learning environment.
