Integral University offered a research-friendly environment throughout my Ph.D. journey. The laboratories were adequately equipped, the central library provided access to journals and research databases, and the campus had a professional atmosphere. Still, I felt that some specialised research instruments and laboratory facilities could be upgraded to support advanced pharmaceutical research.

The Ph.D. in Pharmacy allowed me to explore my research interests in depth while developing analytical and scientific writing skills. My supervisor provided valuable guidance, and the department regularly organised research seminars and workshops. However, progress depended largely on self-motivation, and administrative procedures for approvals occasionally took longer than expected.

Since this was a doctoral programme, campus placements were not the primary focus. Most scholars pursued careers in research organisations, universities, pharmaceutical companies, or postdoctoral studies. I believe the university could strengthen collaborations with leading pharmaceutical industries to create more research-based career opportunities.

For me, the programme was a worthwhile investment because it offered access to experienced faculty, research facilities, and academic exposure at a reasonable cost. The degree added credibility to my professional profile, although students expecting immediate industry placements after a Ph.D. may need to network and apply independently.
