There is a beautiful infrastructure in my campus ...All the mendatary equipments are in my campus ..There is a digital board in my class room for study ...There is also a beautiful study table in the classes ..Wifi facilities available in free of cost..There are stadiums ...Etc
I am studying in pg (MA)..In political science ..there is good teaching faculty in my campus ... I'm very happy from my teachers theire teaching tricks is too good ....Teaching faculty is good in every course ...
Placement experience is not good ...Because there are few students placced in jobs ...In MA there is no placement facility in my campus ...But still I am very happy of my campus ....There is peaceful environment in my campus ....
Yes there is aal the necessary infrastructure in university of allahabad ..Facilities are too good ...There is all mandatory equipment in my campus ..There is a digital board in my class ...All types of books which are important for students is also available in library ...
I was studying in BA because there is a lot of subjects in BA that helps us for civil services examination in mains .. and also I like the subjects of humanities .........The quality of teaching in allahabad university is outstanding specially in the department of anthropology and military science
The quality of placement in allahabad university is note sattisfieng.....I have no idea that hou many students are placed from my university...Because I study in BA and in BA there is no placement from my university..
My university is a central university...And I'm glade to inform you there is a minimum fee for any course ...In BA there is 900 fee per year ...I am very happy that I was studying in allahabad university...
Talking about the campus, every department has its own building, and every building feels like a big school in its own ! There are three departments when talking about different streams - BA campus (the main campus) its administrative offices is in the campus only
I am an arts student , and after I took admission in this University, I felt regret for not taking the BHU campus because I could get that too.! But after I started regular classes and making new friends, it started feeling like no there should be no regret about this , I have passed two years in BA course and overall experience is great .!
Talking about the placements , there no placement cell in the campus but the startup companies come here and hire economics students of both branches Commerce and arts ! They get okay type package and they grown when they work harder!
Totally value for money , and if I talk about the fees you'll start laughing because it's 883 rupees for BA course without any practical subject ! It is less than my tuition fees which I paid when I used to take coaching.! ?
I have really very great experience during my graduation period. Not only in academic prospectus even the infrastructure, classes, libraries, sports centres and hostel along with good food and free WiFi also great. The only thing we concerned about is the proper cleaning of washrooms and it's sanitisation also it's availability and that is one of the very serious issue.
I was done my graduation from University of Allahabad and I'm persuing masters from here also.the only difference from that time to now is the quality of education we get is increases day by day..Now we all are blessed with so many great and talent professors and new faculties. From the to till now I have seen very huge difference in my knowledge and growth.so i can say that whatever I studied or studing today makes me job ready for sure.
From 2-3 years back, there is great placements we have seen.About 40-50% students get placements with good salary package.mostly placements seen from chemistry department and from B.A Students.so the university need to focus more on the placements and on opportunities for the future of students
Everything is value for money.
Campus Life is also very great
Placements and has to improve the quality of laboratories
Infrastructure is not up to date,it's lack of advance technologies which can help in many ways, modern technologies should be added, infrastructure has poor look, classrooms does not have enough arrangement for summer weather, classroom should well equipped with projector, there is no WiFi no smart board....one good thing is that there is well maintain cleanliness and hygienic system this is plus point, but the worst thing is unavailability of hostel .....many students have to face this problem.
I am studying bsc biology.....I want to become professor thereafter I am interested in UPSC and research field also....here classes are going regular teaching quality is good. But there is problem in system , students have to face difficulties to get an information, on time we do not get information easily, the main problem is there is very poor rated placement....it should be increase there, university should explore many things and should expose itself .
Very poor placement is there...very less number of students were placed from here . placement process is not easy because university is not doing much effort for placement process it should have to explore many things for this purpose.
Fee is not much so there is no problem in regarding fee.fee is affordable here any student can afford because fee is very less but qualities of many others things should improved. Many things are good also.
Campus feature can be improved more , many modern things should be added in campus...and facilities are not enough, location is safe , yes it can handle in emergencies. The main thing is lack of many features.
The infrastructure of Allahabad University is very much beautiful and all the facilities are provided by them the facilities includes the big big classrooms very much spaces classrooms along with the Laboratories libraries etc
Academics of University of Allahabad is very much decent and good as the quality of teaching is very good the content of study is very good the contain that they makes you study will make you job ready.
The placement opportunities provided by the University of Allahabad is very good as the average package offered to the students is decent the students are provided with the better placement options with the highest salary package offered.
Yes it definitely is!
Best campus life
Overall rating for University of Allahabad is it is a very good University along with the beautiful infrastructure with a good Academics and a good placement team the college is very much spacious big and beautiful at the same time
This is great college, i have learnt a lot from this college as this is central university and it has given me great opportunities and privileges to stand in society this university helped me a lot , it overalll has developed my holistic development this is great and i had enjoyed a lg in this university
Outstanding academic with great enthusiastic teachers teachers helped me alot in my academic and are very friendly, this helped me a lot too choose my upcoming future and my target academic is veryy nice and i gave me a opportunity too perform at large scale and has given and boosted up my confidence
Veryy goood placement , placement is about 6 lac per annum and it had helped many children regarding theirr academic as well as a for their future overall it is good and must goo for itt its is beneficial and usefull iand gives good opportunity
This is one of the best Central University because the fees of this college is very low... All the facilities re provided here like sports, library, wi-fi and laboratories are also available.. but their is issue of hygiene in some hostel and places
I am currently enrolled in this College for Bachelor in Science. All the curriculum are not updated but u can say it's like average. But the mostly professors of this college doesn't want to take classes except (SCIENCE STREAM).
No any placements provided to this college except some courses like. MBA, COMMERCE and Computer Science.. average placement of this college is not at par but it's good for those who ar studying in this college because the fees of college is very low.
College is good and provide almost all the necessary facilities. The infrastructure is good. The classrooms are good and have laboratories in the college. WiFi facilities are available there. The college space is nice.
I have done my B.Sc from there in 2019. The quality of teaching was good at that time. The curriculum is updated almost and also have all the recent things as well. The study makes us job ready at the most extent.
The placements are fair enough in the University. The highest package is 7 LPA and the average package is 3 LPA. The placement process in easy at some extent but also the students need to put efforts for the same.
The infrastructure of University of allahabad is commendable and this extends to its online presence. The portal is well designed and offers easy navigation and quick access to the resources students need. University of allahabad contains all the basic to high level facilities what u needed for your education.AU have humongous collection of books , smarts board in classroom , seminar halls and there is also good sports facilities available for keen players who want to play
One of the hallmarks of any institution is its faculty, and university of allahabad does not disappoint. The lecturers here are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about their subjects. The online portal effectively connects students with these experts and provides access to course materials, And yes curriculum is updated and also it make student job ready because when GST come into existence at that time college update the syllabus and introduce GST to us give ample knowledge of GST.
I have done graduation in that college despite having better academic and and better infrastructure and one of the oldest universities for bcom the placement is not so good and we doesn't get so much opportunities for placement so and which is around 3lac.and it's very few students get placement.so there is much scope for improvement in placement.
Yes AU is very much good at value for money because of having central university it's fees is so low around 3500 for whole 3 year and if u want to do graduation and keen for higher education it is very much good colleges but for those who want to get placement after graduation it's not so good in term of placement or ROI and value for money
Campus Life is so good ,student unions are there for student grievances or whole lot of council members in College union list for solving grievances of student , and seniors are very supportive and college life is good in term of also the student study their and a very friendly environment there in college campus around the boys and girls they all are very supportive.
My overall experience is good, and I had the privilege of studying at the University of Allahabad and I can confidently say that it was an enriching experience. The academic standards here are exceptional and the faculty has the best and most experienced professors in their fields. The infrastructure is modern and provides students with all the necessary facilities for a favorable learning environment.but the only drawback there is not good placement .
The University of Allahabad is one of India’s oldest universities, established in 1887, and is recognized for its strong academic foundation, especially in fields like Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, and Social Sciences. It is a central university, meaning it is funded by the government, ensuring high academic standards.
Strengths:
1. Reputation: It has a rich academic history and offers quality education, particularly in humanities and social sciences.
2. Variety of Courses: The university offers diverse programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and research levels.
3. Location: Located in Allahabad, which is historically significant, it offers students access to the city’s cultural heritage.
4. Research: Strong emphasis on research and collaboration in various fields.
Challenges:
1. Infrastructure: The infrastructure, especially in comparison to newer universities or private institutions, could use improvement.
2. Placements: While it has decent academics, the placement opportunities in some programs may not be as strong as other top institutions like IITs or private universities.
Conclusion:
The University of Allahabad is an excellent choice for those seeking quality education in a traditional academic setting, particularly in subjects like humanities. However, if your primary focus is industry placement or state-of-the-art infrastructure, you might want to consider other options
