ApplyLucknow University placements are overseen by the Central Placement Cell (CPC) of the university. The main aim of the placement cell is to get the students placed in reputed multinational companies, Indian companies and government NGOs. Students who are registered with the University of Lucknow CPC are provided with placement assistance and counselling for employment. Lucknow University's placement cell also conducts seminars and workshops. These are organised to increase the employability of the students and enable them to become successful professionals. Interested students have to get themselves registered with the University of Lucknow placement cell.
Invitations to companies are sent for the Lucknow University placement drive and interested companies accept the invitation. The companies are provided support by CPC (Central Placement Cell).
CPC assists and counsels students who are interested in getting placed.
In the next stage of the Lucknow University placement process, the companies give a pre-placement talk which gives an insight to the candidates on what the recruiters are looking for.
Then written tests are conducted by the recruiters and based on this candidates are shortlisted.
Further, the recruiters conduct group discussions and select candidates based on their performance.
The final stage involves interviews conducted by the recruiters and based on this candidates are offered jobs.

Many students have been placed across various organisations and companies through the Lucknow University placements.
So some of companies visited our campus to offer intership and placements to students.Intetship offer are given in second semester of the course and placements offers last semester of course.Mainly MNCs visited campus.
Placement was quite good but not for humanities and arts students it's also for the science students.The students who is pursuing MBA or bcom from there that students got good placements and also we are offering the intership opportunity in many government funded institution like ICMR .
Quality of placements offered here was not good and percentage of students placed were also very less and the placement process was not at all easy and the college staff is also not supportive and the total number of students placed were also very less.

The minimum marks required for General and Other Backward Classes candidates is 40% of marks in Intermediate or equivalent examination and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes is 33% of marks in Intermediate or analogous examination. The total weightage for DU LLB Entrance Exam is 400 marks.
