ApplyLucknow University placements are overseen by the Central Placement Cell (CPC). The main aim of the University of Lucknow placement cell is to get the students placed in reputed multinational companies, Indian companies and government NGOs. Students who are registered to CPC are provided with placement assistance and counseling for employment. Lucknow University placement cell also conducts seminars and workshops. These are organised to increase the employability of the students and enable them to become successful professionals. During the Lucknow University, placement training students are trained according to the requirements of the corporate world.
Interested students have to get themselves registered with the University of Lucknow placement cell.
Invitations to companies are sent for the Lucknow University placement drive and interested companies accept the invitation. The companies are provided support by CPC.
CPC provides assistance and counseling to students who are interested in getting placed.
Lucknow University placement process includes workshops on skill development and also takes an employability skill test.
The first stage is the shortlisting of candidates based on their CVs.
In the second stage of the Lucknow University placement process, the companies give a pre-placement talk which gives an insight to the candidates on what the recruiters are looking for.
Then written tests are conducted by the recruiters and based on this candidates are shortlisted.
In the next stage, the recruiters conduct group discussions and select candidates based on their performance.
The final stage involves interviews conducted by the recruiters and based on this candidates are offered jobs.

Placement was quite good but not for humanities and arts students it's also for the science students.The students who is pursuing MBA or bcom from there that students got good placements and also we are offering the intership opportunity in many government funded institution like ICMR .
Quality of placements offered here was not good and percentage of students placed were also very less and the placement process was not at all easy and the college staff is also not supportive and the total number of students placed were also very less.
I've studied MA in my college . There is no such placement happened upto for the students in our Arts batch. The college should be focus on to get placements to the college. So our goal and self hardworking have to be.

The minimum marks required for General and Other Backward Classes candidates is 40% of marks in Intermediate or equivalent examination and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes is 33% of marks in Intermediate or analogous examination. The total weightage for DU LLB Entrance Exam is 400 marks.
