The Director or the Chief Placement Officer organizes the orientation session, which is accompanied by the dean, director, and faculty members.

    Step 2: Data Capture

All students would have their data captured across several factors, which would help in the recruitment process. As a result, the Student Career Advisory & Placement Support Team uses a consolidated Data Capture Format to capture students' data as per company requirements.

    Step 3: Student Mapping

Interacting with students and then mapping them to job openings. The Career Advisory & Placement Services Team analyses the students' interests based on the mapping and invites recruiters subsequently.

    Step 4: Placement Training

Every student who has applied for Jain University campus placement must undergo the Campus Recruitment Leadership Training Program, which is offered in collaboration with the Institute of Skills (IOS). In-house training (for example- aptitude, group discussions, and mock interviews, etc), guest lectures, workshops, and alumni interaction are all part of the In- house training programme.

Step 5: Recruitment Process (as per company)

Jain University recruitment includes the following steps

    • Job openings shared with students

    • Online registration

    • Interview scheduled shared with registered students

    • Pre-placement talk on campus

    • Interviews on campus

    • Final results

The recruitment process may be altered in response to a recruiter's request.

If the number of applicants for the job requirement is less, the company can conduct the placement process at their campus or at a different location that is convenient for them.

    Step 6: Final Selection

Recruiters must give the final list of selected students at the end of the placement procedure once the companies have completed the recruiting process. Selected students would be informed after receiving confirmation from the recruiters.
