Syamaprasad Institute of Technology and Management (SITM), Kolkata, is gradually becoming a popular name, being an affiliated college imparting several undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Degree-wise Admission Process

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): Admission of candidates in the BCA program in SITM will depend on the performance of the candidates at MAKAUT CET. Marks at the Higher Secondary (10+2) level from recognized boards are also used for consideration. The institute has 120 seats for this program, which is reputed to be one of the largest intakes in SITM.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration): The admission process for BBA follows a similar pattern with respect to that of BCA. Candidates will have to appear for the MAKAUT CET, and their performance in the examinations of 10+2 level will also be taken into consideration. SITM offers 120 seats for the BBA program. Also, it must be noted, that applicants must have English as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level.

BBA in Hospital Management: This specialized BBA program follows the same admission procedure as the one for general BBA. Candidates are required to sit for MAKAUT CET and meet the 10+2 educational requirements. Just like for the general BBA, applicants must have English as one of their subjects at the 10+2 level. 

For B.Sc (Data Science) and B.Sc (Multimedia, Animation, and Graphics Design): Although no specific details are available regarding the mode of admission for these programs, it is likely that the procedure is similar to that for other SITM programs, likely using the MAKAUT CET score and 10+2 score as admission criteria.
