• Candidates are required to fill out the application form available on IISWBM Kolkata’s official website.
• Students are shortlisted on the basis of academic performance.
• Shortlisted candidates must appear for a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the institute.
• The Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management final merit list is prepared based on academic performance, performance in Group Discussions, and Personal Interviews conducted by the institute.
• Shortlisted candidates must pay the IISWBM Kolkata admission fee and verify their documents for final admissions.

IISWBM Kolkata Admission Process 2026 for MBA Course

• Students must appear for CAT.
• Candidates are required to fill out the application form available on IISWBM Kolkata’s official website.
• Candidates must meet the requisite CAT cut-off prepared by the institute.
• Applicants meeting the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management cut-off must appear for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by the institute. 
• The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the merit of GD and PI.

Ph.D Public Systems, Social Welfare & Management is the only programme that is offered at the doctoral level, and the programme is offered in full-time and part-time modes for a duration of six years.

• Online Applications are accepted from students who meet the IISWBM Kolkata admission requirements. 
• Applicants must meet the IISWBM admission criteria.
• Students are shortlisted on a merit basis. 
• Based on merit, students are advised to appear for the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business  Interview process. 
• Contingent upon the evaluation of the IISWBM Kolkata interview process, students are allotted seats.
• Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business seats are reserved for the students who pay their course fee and confirm their admissions confirmed.
