  • Educational Qualification: Students must have passed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline to apply for PGPGM admission.

  • Minimum marks: Minimum 50 per cent marks are required in the final marks.

  • Work Experience: He/She must have an experience (minimum of 5 years or as prescribed by institutions) in the corporate after graduation.

PGPGM Admissions

SPJIMR is offering this degree. Students who fulfil the above eligibility criteria can apply for PGPGM admission. They need to fill an application form in online mode by entering basic details, academic details and experience details. After filling the form, students will have to submit employment and educational certificates as required. Then, students are called for the next stages and finally selected students are eligible to get admission.

Top PGPGM Exams

The admissions are offered based on the entrance exam held at institute level. Applications are invited from eligible students. After that, they are called for further stages. The selection process comprises the following four stages:

  • Psychometric Evaluation

  • IQ Test

The fees will not be the same in all institutions. It will vary as per institute type, location, rank and other various factors. Fees for the Post Graduate Programme in General Management will be around 7.5 lakhs in total which is further segregated into tuition fees and study material fees. Candidates can avail the discount in total fees by paying entire fees in one go. Instalment facility is also provided by institutions to enable students to pay fees as per his/her own convenience.

PGPGM Courses

This is a postgraduate programme in general management with a duration of 24 months. PGPGM is an alternate weekend programme. The classes are held only on alternate weekends.

For example, if classes are organized on the 1st weekend of the month, then, there will be no class on the 2nd weekend. Then, the classes will be held in the third week and 4th weekend will be off. A similar pattern is continued for all months. This course is perfect for working professionals who want to upgrade their skills while working.

PGPGM Specializations

This is a specialized degree course which comprises the advanced study of corporate business management. PGPGM course is segregated into 4 phases as listed below:

  • Pre-foundation phase: It comprises three subjects based on the basic language of business which introduces a student with the overview.

  • Foundation phase: This phase includes the subjects which focus on rules of business and tools of various functions of business and management.

  • Integration phase: During this phase, students are taught how to apply rules, devise management strategy and other aspects of general management.

  • Customization phase: This is the last phase of PGPGM degree. It incorporates the subjects which enable a student to develop their negotiation skills, decision making, marketing and other skills.
