which is better to pursue in terms of placement: MBA General Management from Sri Sri University , Cuttack or MBF( Master in Business Finance from XUB

Sk Student Expert 12th Jun, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

Please understand that it is not the profession that guarantees success in your career but your talent/dedication/ability to keep learning and change, which are some of the building blocks to a successful and long career.

So the first task is to understand what your strengths/talent are and then decide on the stream you intend to take. From the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2019, Xavier University was ranked 44, while Sri is not in the top 150. Hence Xavier’s placement record is better.

Good Luck

Which is good for MBA: MBA General management or MBA in one specialisation only

rajaman9300 Student Expert 9th Apr, 2020

There are certain pros and cons of both:

In general MBA you will get to know all the aspects of Management, you will be provided Holistic Learning.

But you won't ace any specialization and you can't join any specialized area of interest.

Under Specialized MBA you will be having depth knowledge of your field, you will be ready to cope up with that particular Market.
