Physical Education
Hi,
As per your mentioned query yes, you can choose any subject as your extra subject. After new education policy it is possible for students to study whichever subject they want to study only if the subject is available in the college.
But in this situation you can face a problem of class intersection. Maybe your mentioned two subjects class conduct at the same time then you can only able to attend one class and you have to study other subject on your own.
So, before choosing the subject get to know about class timing otherwise you are free to choose any subject available in your college.
Hopefully it will help you.

See, Mathematics in class XIIth examination is treated as a core subject and you cannot ever replace a core subject from your palette no matter what. So, unfortunately you CANNOT replace Maths with Physical Education immaterial of whether you want Maths or not. So, if you fail in Maths, then you'll have to give compartment examination.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
Hello Aspirant,
You can choose any one by your choice. But as per the records IP is growing well as compare to CS.
So you should take IP.

Definitely yes! See, the prerequisites of a B.Com course in Delhi University is that you should have taken commerce stream in your class XI and XII, which we can see from your subjects which are Accounts, Business Studies, and EP. So, these subjects form the basics of B.Com (//B.Com) and you can definitely get admission in DU using these.
See percentage which is considered for determining the eligibility for JEE-Advance is of overall class 12th result not for best scoring subjects so your overall percentage matters however for this year the percentage criteria has been relaxed and even if you have scored less than 75% then also you will be eligible for admission to NITs and IITs on the basis of JEE-Main and JEE-Advance score respectively.

In your class 12th examination, failing in one subject is not considered a fail in your overall year of class 12th. As you mentioned that you had 6 subjects in 12th and you are passed in 5 subjects so even if you have failed in one subject, you will still be considered pass but if you want to get passed in the subject you have failed then you have the chance of giving compartment exam next year.
If you get re-appear or compartment exam in more than one subject then you are fail until you get compartment. So, you can give Compartment or Re-appear exam for the subject you have failed.
Furthermore, since you are a medical Student, then I suppose you must be interested in NEET Exam, so if you wish to know any thing more about the NEET exam in detail you can follow the below mentioned link to know more about it : https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/neet
Hi, only the subject you have studied in class 12th will be counted for DU merit list. Language subject is always counted when taking out the aggregate percentage. Apart from this the other three subjects will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in them. The best 3 subjects are taken for the same. You know your marks, you can take the best 3+1(language subject) and calculate the percentage.
Hello ,
If you fail in only one of the six subject of you class 12 boards examination you will be considered to be overall Passed and the subject in which you failed will be considered as the additional subject .You will have the opportunity to attempt the compartment exam if you want to (I would suggest you to attempt it as it might create some problem in future ).
If you fail in two or more subjects you will be considered as fail and will have to repeat class 12 .
Hope this helps.
