The National Testing Agency will release the CUCET 2022 eligibility criteria along with the official brochure in the month of August. Before candidates sit down to fill the application form, they are advised to check the CUCET eligibility 2022 laid down by the university.
The common eligibility criteria is such that the candidates must have cleared Class 10+2 or equivalent or 10+3 diploma approved by the State Board of Technical Education with a minimum of 50% marks, as per the CUCET UG eligibility criteria 2022. The students belonging to the SC and ST categories must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 exam. So yes the specific criteria is available in their official website, and yes PCB candidates are also eligible for the course.

No, BHU Varanasi - Banaras Hindu University does not offer admissions on basis of CUCET score. So CUCET exam is not important for BHU. Banaras Hindu University was founded in the year 1916 and is a government college. Banaras Hindu University has received A Grade by NAAC. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is 5.5 years full time course, which include 4.5 years of curriculum plus 1 year of rotating internship. Affiliated to Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and approved by National Medical Commission (NMC). The admission shall be on the basis of NEET UG ranking.

First of all the eligibility criteria for BHU MSc Statistics and Computing is passed BSc (Hons)/BA (Hons)/BSc/B.A securing 50% aggregate and should have studied Statistics Hons. or the subject itself in the all the three years at ug level, also they are required to have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at ug level, In case of BSc Hons/BSc only science subjects and for BA Hons/B.A. all subjects except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final mark sheet,

The universities mentioned by you are very popular and good in terms of brand name, placements and in academic perspective.
But if I were to choose between these three I would recommend you to go for delhi university because for bsc and msc courses colleges like hansraj, hindu, Miranda house, lady sree ram , Ashoka are known for these courses. But if you are getting low colleges in du then i would say to go for iit bhu or jnu.

As of now there isn't any official notification released by officials of BHU regarding the fact that CUCET scores will be considered for admission of post graduate course, NTA is the conducting authority regarding both CUCET as well as BHU PET, In order to know the latest information regarding BHU admission schedule for 2022, you may stay updated at the official website at http://bhuonline.in/

Admission in BHU for BA LLB is through BLAT i.e Banaras Hindu University Law Admission Test.
You cannot start/attempt BLAT right now , application form will be released by NTA and also examination date will be released by NTA which is the conducted body of BLAT on the behalf of BHU. You can fill its application form and then appear in BLAT on its examination date
