Yes, you can do LLB even if you are 40 years old

This is because ,

There is no age limit for doing LLB t

You have the option to pursue llb in two ways:-

  • 5 year llb /integrated llb like BA llb, Bcom llb etc :- You are eligible for 5 year integrated LLB like BA LLB etc with qualification of 10 + 2

  • 3 year llb :- for 3 year llb , you need to be  a graduate. So, if you are a graduate then you should go for 3 year LLB

******** You need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University

******** The minimum % of marks in graduation to be eligible for 3 year LLB varies depending upon the college or the entrance examination you are opting for, generally one needs a minimum of 45 to 50% in graduation to be eligible
