M.sc courses are available at IITs for that one should have to qualify IIT JAM . There is no such course like M.sc in computer science available at any of the IITs.

Both the colleges are very good for both of these courses. Therefore it doesn't matter which college you choose. It mostly depends on your interest. If you are interested in any of the courses among both of them then make sure to choose it and join the college according to it. Because with interest nothing can be done.
Hostel fees for AU college is around 33000, and course fees is also around same for AU
It's overall fees is around 1 lakh for 3 years of course.it will be better if you contact to officials.
