Infrastructure of the college is really good. Labs are well maintained and endowed with renovated hostels, medical support systems, a huge parking facility (available to both students and faculty), sports complex and it also has amphitheatre but the only thing which is problematic is canteen and washrooms both need renovation and alot of cleaning.
Our college provide all the equipments for required Experiments. It's lush green campus spread in approximately 16 acres area and has proper wifi connectivity. College provide hostels for approx. 200 girls but you have to adjust 4 in a single room.
DU has the best infrastructure. The colleges are well maintained. It provides sanitised labs and equipments and takes care of the proper hygeine. They provide wifi to the faculty and students as well. They have libraries, auditoriums, hostels in good condition, etc.

Yes you can apply for the 6th cutoff of lad irwin college (even if you were eligible for the 1st cutoff). The 6th cutoff for lady irwin college was released on 28th of November.
