Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing, Delhi was founded in 1987 and it offers nursing courses. It is an affiliated college, situated in Tughlakabad Institutional Area saket Metro station, it has area of only 1 Acres. established in 2001, recognised by INC, New Delhi – offers two B.Sc.(Hons.) nursing courses with total enrolment of 235 students. The college has 24 competent and qualified faculty members to teach our students, so much so that lecture ratio is kept low so as to facilitate personal attention to the students.
The Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing has numerous amenities of recent construction to meet its educational objectives. Students gain advantage of well stocked laboratories and there are Fundamental Nursing Lab, Nutrition Lab, Maternal & Child Health Nursing Lab, Community Health Nursing Lab & Audio-Visual Aids Facility. The library is rich in knowledge; it has updated nursing and allied department books, national and international journal. To enhance students comfort the campus provided well furnished girls’ hostel where 2-4 students shared a room. The college also focuses the students phsyical well being through a health centre for first aid within the compound. Other facilities include sports facilities, information technology, a canteen as well as an impressive new multifaceted state of the art auditorium with a seating capacity of up to 200.
Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing offers two courses of nursing education. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) course takes four years, with full-time learning while the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course takes three years. … two programs remain functional with an approved and estimated intakes of 60 students per programme per academic year translating to 120 overall annual capacities.

college infrastructure is good but not at level a private college should much progress needed but many things are good also but many things need to improve such as lift facility college is needed for update technically
