The campus was one of the things I enjoyed the most. It had a pleasant atmosphere and the facilities were well maintained throughout my time there. The classrooms are comfortable, It has AC with Wi-Fi and the library also has used for resources for all departments.

What made the BBA program interesting for me was the way it encouraged participation to all students. We were expected to contribute to discussions work on presentations and collaborate on different projects. Those experiences help me become more confident during the course.

When it came to placements, I realised that the University did not wait till the final semester to start preparing the students, but had always been preparing us through competitive events and opportunities for us to explore our talent and skills. Ultimately this helped us in placements as well.

My experience at Shivajirao S. Jondhale Polytechnic, Asangaon has been good overall. The college has all the necessary infrastructure for Computer Engineering students. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Labs have required equipment and computers which are maintained regularly. The library has good technical books and reference material. Campus is clean and green. Faculty is supportive and helps with doubts. WiFi and basic facilities are available. Overall, it is a decent college for diploma students in this area with good focus on studies...

I am pursuing Computer Engineering Diploma here. The teaching staff is experienced and cooperative. They teach in a simple way so that students can understand easily. The syllabus is as per MSBTE and includes both basics and advanced topics. Practical sessions in labs are conducted regularly which helps in better understanding. Teachers also give guidance for projects and viva. The academic support is good and helps students to prepare for jobs as well as further studies like B.Tech.

The worst part is that there are limited big companies for campus placement and fewer industry visits. Location is safe and easily accessible from Asangaon station. The college area is safe for both girls and boys. In case of emergencies, the college staff and administration respond quickly and basic first aid is available. Overall, it is a good campus for diploma students with decent activities and a safe environment.

My placements have not started yet, so I can only share what I have learned from seniors and faculty. Based on the previous year's results, placements in my specialization were not very strong. When I discussed this with consultants from KPMG, they explained that many students did not meet the expectations of recruiters. Being part of a KPMG-supported program does not guarantee a job. Students must build strong practical skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Recruiters look for candidates who can think independently and apply their knowledge rather than relying completely on AI or shortcuts. The college provides guidance and opportunities, but securing a good placement ultimately depends on the student's own preparation and performance.
