Good for CSE and ECE

Very poor management. If you want fun filled college life, stay away from it. Classes are from 8:30 to 4:00pm! Who the hell takes up so many classes. If you're in ECE or CSE, at least theres a chance you might learn something, but rest all other departments have terrible faculty. Placements are okay. If you have the eligibility criteria, chances are you'll get placed in an IT MNC. But don't expect more than that.

It's a good college with some really great teachers who care for you on a personal level. The main approach for these tier 3 colleges is to make students get good decent marks so that they get placed, which this college does work really hard for. Core companies visit the campus but mostly everyone is placed in IT companies which is generally the case among all tier 3 colleges. If you get above 60 percent and have decent communication skills there's a good chance you'll get placed.

My college RNSIT, Bangalore might not be the best college in rankings but what it is best in is the quality of education it delivers. Being a student from ECE background i have always found all the faculties very supportive be it curricular or extra-curricular activities. I am being a bit biased to my department but yeah i have got obvious reasons for it. But other departments are equally good as well. All of our departments have their domain specific quick learning techniques. Now, talking about the placements, almost all the leading companies visit our campus every year. Only thing you need is the caliber and the basics to crack them...

RNSIT is such a college which mainly focuses on studies only . Although it has good infrastructure it should still be improved . College life is not so good and no encouragement regarding sports here . Finally try for the best colleges if it doesnt happen then choose RNSIT

Very good college. Decent infrastructure, comparatively bett

It’s not magnificent or anything but sufficiently good for an engineering college. All the academic facilities like classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi & library are up to the mark but what displeases the students is lack of proper infra for sports, music and other such extra curricular activities.Fabulous teachers. Senior, experienced and extremely skilled at teaching. “Pick any teacher at RNSIT and he/she must have been a HOD at some point of his/her life in one college or the other” says a student.Crowd is predominantly urban with a 50-50 ratio of people from Karnataka and Rest of India. A handful of cool guys and a few beautiful girls (if you’re lucky) can also be seen.RN Shetty Institute of Technology (RNSIT) has been recording 100% for all branches since the past many years and the trend is definitely here for many more years to come. Average salary is a notch higher than other average engineering colleges at Rs. 4.5L per year.
