My experience has been one of the most meaningful and life changing phases of my life. When I first joined the course, I was nervous and unsure about my abilities as a future teacher. However, with the guidance of my teachers and the support of my classmates, I gradually gained confidence and clarity about my role in education. The college environment was friendlyand motivating. Our teachers were knowledgeable and always encouraged us to ask questions and think creatively . Through various activities such as lesson planning, micro teaching, group discussion and classroom observation I learned how to manage a class effectively and understand student’s needs. Practical training in schools helped me connect theory with real life teaching situations. One of the most valuable parts of my journey was participanting in workshops seminars and cultural programs which helped me in developing my communication and leadership skills. I also learned the importance of discipline, punctuality and teamwork. During this course zi faced challenges such as handling time management, bit of mental pressure, preparing assignments and speaking confidently in front of others such as in presentations. However these challenges made me stronger and more responsible. Overall my Deleed experience has shaped me into a more patient,dedicated and compassionate individual. It has strengthen my passion for teaching and inspired me to contribute positively to society.

Vidya Bharti college, Amravati provides a structured and disciplined atmosphere. There was a helping staff and a conduct a regular lectures. Academic are good, lectures are conducted and professors also help, they are highly educated.

There is pathetic condition of placement here and for commerce there is literally no placement college. But there is placement in other departments like MBA, MCA, B - Tech, M - Tech. There are very few placement for UG.

The college location is near to the prime location of city. Public and private transportation are easily available. The college campus is very large. I had my best college life at vbmv. The college josh fest was very wonderful.

Academics is good. All the faculties are supportive. The curriculum is also updated. Skill based training is provided. Practical skills are also improved. Concept based learning is provided and all the doubts are being heard by the faculties.

Experience of placements was good. All the faculties were always ready to train for the placements. Prior training were given regarding the group discussion and personal training for the interview. Overall the experience was good.

Our batch of B.com consisted of almost 120 students, and out of them, approximately 60% of our batch students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.17 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters were Cognizant Technologies, Infosys, ICICI Bank, IBM, Randstad, Spar Hypermarket and many others.

Infrastructure is good, Library and classrooms also good, Wi-Fi is also provided, some indoor games are also present, canteen facility is there. The hostel is a service apartment and all the amenities are present, including gym, sports, canteen, cleanliness is taken care.

The teachers are very helpful, they devote time even after college, all the teachers are experienced and have in-depth knowledge about their subjects. The curriculum is pretty much relevant, students are given exposure and industrial visits are also arranged.

More then 90 percent of students gets placed. The highest was around 7.13 Lacs per annum, the average is around 5 LPA, the lowest go to 2.5 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, Nielsen, ICICI etc recruited students from the campus. All students get internships and companies are Nielsen, Reliance etc.

Campus is spread over 63 acres of land area and offers wide range of facilities from academic to extra- curricular activities like auditorium, wifi, smart boards. Which are maintained on regular basis by keeping it clean and working.

Sharda School of law offers BCI approved programs for bachelors and masters. It emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical approach by mandating internships and moot court competition. The curriculum is updated as per the guidelines of BCI and being modified as per changes required, for example introduction of AI as value added course.

For law course the placement is not very strong as compared to top law colleges. But for courses like B.Tech and MBA, the package goes by 1 crore, which is quite high and Sharda University can be good option for these courses. The College has a very limited campus. Plus every window in the college is broken (atleast in our class). Moreover, the whiteboard ends up falling on teachers and projectors keep on blasting. Plus the hostel, I’ve heard isn’t really good. We have space like moot courts, auditorium and library but they aren’t really sufficient for the extra knowledge. We have WiFi but it works very poorly. The washrooms aren’t very clean and classes are not well maintained.
Academics
Professors are very very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The only bit I like about this college are the professors. However, It would be better if one takes a drop and prepares for CLAT or AILET or any other competent exam, because the syllabus offered by Chaudhary Charan Singh University is very limited and the knowledge doesn’t exceed beyond the syllabus which doesn’t make a good point especially in higher studies.

I haven’t heard much about placements but from what I have heard from seniors and batchmates - that they aren’t very good. But we do have a yearly event for the penultimate year students to choose placement organizations. Moreover, the internship placement policies of the college are very arbitrary.
Campus Life
We have had annual fests - we have catalyst that happens annually in the even semester. Moreover we have Umang, a sports fest. But the catch is it is not a destined thing, it is at the discretion of management to do or not to do such fests. Moreover, we lack a student union so it’s just us following the whims of the management.
