Gitarattan International Business School, a college which is approved by AICTE, Ministry of Human Resources and accredited with an NAAC ‘A’ grade, was established in 2004. The college offers 5 UG programmes and 6 PG programmes in various specialisations.
Before applying for a desired course, the candidate should meet the GIBS eligibility criteria. The candidates should appear for the relevant entrance examination for specific course, like for UG courses such as BBA and BBA II Shift requires IPU CET examination scores, BBA LLB and BA LLB requires CLAT scores to get admissions at UG level, whereas for MBA and MBA International Business, the candidates needs to show CAT/ CMAT or IPU CET examination scores and LLM or its specialisations need CLAT PG or IPU CET scores at PG level. Since, Gitarattan International Business School is affiliated with Guru Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, thus the GIBS admissions will be based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination and performance in the past academics.
Apart from the courses and programmes provided by the college, the college looks after the placement opportunities for the students as well, where they conduct various seminars and mock interviews, which is why as per NIRF 2025 data, a total number of 51 students got placed at a GIBS Delhi median salary package of Rs 4,50,000, where 22 students opted for higher education in the year 2023-24, as compared to 33 students in 2022-23. The General Management sector accounted for 28% of placements at GIBS Delhi, offering an average CTC of Rs. 5.5 LPA. Meanwhile, BSFI offers 25% of the offers, providing packages above Rs. 4.20 LPA.
The GIBS Delhi has a separate placement cell on campus to handle all the placement activities. The GIBS placement cell acts as a bridge between the students and companies.
