According to IIBF, it is compulsory for Banks and NBFCs to ensure that within a period of one year all their recovery agents should undergo the required training and obtain DRA certificate from IIBF.

It is mandatory to carry a print out of IIBF DRA exam admit card along with membership identity card or valid identity card issued by government to the exam centre.
IIBF DRA certificate exam result is released in online mode on the official website. Candidates can download and check their DRA exam result using login credentials. The consolidated mark sheet for candidates completing examinations having more than one subject, will be available on the official website after the declaration of results.
