The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has released the ‘O’ Level admit card for the July 2026 exam and the complete exam schedule. The NIELIT ‘O’ Level exam for July 2026 cycle is scheduled to be conducted from July 11, 2026. Practical examinations for NIELIT ‘O’ Level are scheduled to be held from July 25, 2026 onwards.

Step 1: Visit the NIELIT official website - student.nielit.gov.in
Step 2: Select the tab ‘Download Admit Card’ available on the right-hand side
Step 3: This will redirect to the NIELIT admit card download link
Step 4: Choose the option to download the NIELIT admit card 2026 either by using the application number or registration number (if the option choice available on the screen)
Step 5: Select the NIELIT examination year and name from the drop-down menu in the required field
Step 6: Enter application number or registration number, date of birth, enter the captcha code displayed on the screen
Step 7: Click on the ‘View’ button
Step 8: The NIELIT admit card will be displayed on the screen
Step 9: Take the printout of the admit card to appear in the NIELIT exams
Candidates must check the details mentioned in the NIELIT 'O' admit card 2026. In case of any mistake, candidates can contact the conducting authority to get it corrected. Check the details below that are mentioned in the admit card of NIELIT:

NIELIT will release the July 2026 exam results of all O, A, B, C levels on the NIELIT website in the second week of October 2026. NIELIT results 2026 will be sent as grades to the candidates as also to institutes, conducting accredited courses, from where candidates have appeared for examinations. Along with the result, successful candidates will also get the link to download the NIELIT E-certificate.
NIELIT follow grades which are mentioned in the table below:

Candidates can write the answers (Descriptive Portion Only) in Hindi or English. The choice should be indicated therein. In case the choice is not given, the choice of English medium would be assumed. Question Papers however, would continue to be in English only. This medium of examination is applicable only for NIELIT ‘O’ level exam.
