Physician Assistant
Three of the courses you have mentioned are good for professional who want to go for Paramedical courses.
Now if you tell me to prioritize then I would say-
The reason for such ratings is employability. If you are considering for only BSc then you will have more openings in Dialysis technology rather than any of the two. But if you are wiling for Master course then go for Cardiac Technology as the pay packages are much better in this field.

Hello,
In my opinion, you should go with the Physician assistant course rather than going with the cardio technology course. There are some reasons why the physician course is better as compared to cardio technology.
See, the job arena in Physician has greater coverage and more value. The jobs are also very much in number and increasing day by day due to the popularity of physicians. If you want to go with cardio then I'll tell you why you should think again. So, the reason is in cardio technology there are not many jobs available and the popularity of the course is also getting decreases. The cardio technologist will only look at the cases related to cardio/heart. Whereas a physician dealt in many sectors.
