your chances are quite as at this percentile if you are a general category student. As for general category the cut offs are very high for almost all the coursesSpecially in shaheed sukhdev. You need atleast 90-95 percentile. But you may get bme course in few colleges like aryabhatt.

1.Boards marks
2.Entrance exam

If you are a general category student your chances of getting in a college in Delhi University are very less Infact quite impossible. Atleast 90 percentile is required for general category student for admission. You can check the previous year’s cut offs for all colleges and for all categories
