Yes going for MCQs is really good technique but it might not be sufficient as tou might get stuck to some relevant question at some point and will regret it. The better strategy could be that you go for key points instead of MCQs and then solving MCQs

Not necessarily, there is no restriction to apply if your score is good enough in DUJAT htne you will be alloted a college in the next allotment list and so on but you have to choose one college in the end and if you want to go for BMS
