You don't have to fill the form separately as you don't have the choice of selecting the campus you want. Whether IIFT, Delhi or IIFT, Kolkata, it's completely on the basis of your final rank. if you under top 160, then you will get Delhi. Rest will get Kolkata.

Till last year, they didn’t consider the academic score of previous year. It was completely on the basis of your IIFT marks, GD or PI round. I think the pattern is going to be quite this year also. Plus, If you have low score you can justify. Best
IIFT usually had an offline mode until the last year. Yes, they do have a sectional based cutoff. You need to clear the sectional cut off, that's why you can't ignore the GK Section. Secondly, you need to clear overall cut off. If you are scoring somewhere around 40-45 overall
