At that rank in both JEE Advanced and JEE Main, it is not possible for him to get admission in IITs or NITs. I would suggest you to look for other colleges that accept JEE Main's or JEE Advanced's rank, you can also look for some other state government

basic requirement for MAT are:

·       MAT 2019 eligibility does not impose any age bar to appear in MAT May exam.

·       The candidate applying for MAT May exam must fulfil one of the following MAT exam eligibility criteria:

A.   Completed Bachelor’s degree, or

B.   Completed professional degree

IEM Kolkata also takes in admission through MAT, however if you sit for MAT sept 2019, you will be eligible for admission for the academic term 2020-2021.

You don't need to worry much about this section because the score of this section isn't counted for final score for preparation of merit list hence, it's better to avoid such questions to save time. The Indian and global environment section is mostly a default section. In case

The cut off for MET and CHETNA college is 90 perecntile and cap round doesnt consider MAT scores , try once and look for other colleges with cut off till 85 or below it , may be its difficult to get MET and CHETNA with this score and perecntile as
