As per the previous year data, The cutoff for PSGIM was 35 for open category which is for general. You can take an admission for sure as your score is in the range and you can take an admission in PSGIM which is one of the top college accepting

TANCET score will not help hou to do part time MBA. You have to qualify the Distance Education Entrance Test(DEET) provided by the respective universities.There are a list of colleges providing part time MBA programme. You may search different websites for this.
