Hello aspirant. As you mentioned that your rank is 13050 in ts icet, there are some colleges where you can get admission. The most important thing is that getting an admission in any college is mainly based on your category. As you did not mention your category we cannot say

The students are admitted through Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) including foreign students whose admission is through Osmania University. 

Thus, you need to qualify ICET exam for admission and it is on basis of Merit in the qualifying examination.
