Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry (JIPMER), established in 1956, is a renowned medical institution in India. It operates under the Government of India and has been designated as an "Institution of National Importance" by an Act of Parliament. JIPMER provides comprehensive medical education and training, offering undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and super speciality programmes.

For MPH there only 18 seats, I was fortunate enough to get admission, air conditioned classrooms, Hostel is above average, mess could be better. hostel room has all the required things, cupboard, bedding etc. has a playground and library.

With neet score of 700 marks you will definitely get a medical seat in jipmer puducherry.

On the basis of previous year's analysis , neet cut off rank for mbbs at jipmer was rank 277 in first round and 60 in round 2 for general category candidate. In terms of score , previous year's cut off for mbbs in jipmer puducherry was 696 +.

is there a separate examination for JIPMER for the UG MBBS EXAM

Hello aspirant .

The entrance exam for ug mbbs is Neet ug.

Previously JIPMER entrance exam was there for admission to mbbs or medical courses . It is now replaced with neet ug.

Jawaharlal Institute of post graduate medical education and research was established in 1956.

Jipmer is ranked number 6 among the top medicsl colleges. It is NMC, INC approved.

The college offers 101 courses at ug and pg level.

Jipmer puducherry course fees is 43,580

For mbbs seat , the candidate must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology. The candidate has to qualify neet.

Cut off mark for ug neet 2024 for jipmer and i belong to general category

Cut off neet ug marks jipmer in 2024 can not be estimated now. As cut off changes every year. It mau increase this year because of the increasing competition.

In 2023 neet off jipmer for mbbs - it closed at 277.

In 2022 neet cut off mbbs was 302

In 2021 closing neet at jipmer ( mbbs) was 231.
