For JIPMER Puducherry MBBS admissions, candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria.
Then, eligible candidates need to appear for NEET UG and obtain a valid score.
Next, the selected candidate must fill out the JIPMER Puducherry application form and participate in the counselling process conducted by the Medical Council of India.

Candidates are required to register for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET).
After paying the application fee of Rs 4,000 (Rs 3,200 for SC/ST/ and EWS), candidates should take INI CET and secure a valid score.

The mark for the JIPMER Ph.D entrance test is 70 and the Viva voice examination is for 30 marks.

Previously JIPMER entrance exam was there for admission to mbbs or medical courses . It is now replaced with neet ug.

Cut off neet ug marks jipmer in 2024 can not be estimated now. As cut off changes every year. It mau increase this year because of the increasing competition.
In 2023 neet off jipmer for mbbs - it closed at 277.
In 2022 neet cut off mbbs was 302
In 2021 closing neet at jipmer ( mbbs) was 231.

Yes, JIPMER does have an NRI quota. Out of 150 available MBBS seats at JIPMER, 5 are specifically earmarked for NRI/OCI applicants under a self-financing arrangement with a total price of US $75,000 payable in one lump sum.
