Degree wise Admission Process
B.Sc Nursing: The B.Sc Nursing program of Ganga College of Nursing is a four-year undergraduate program offered to an approved intake of 50 students. Admission into this course is based on the performance of applicants in their qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. The candidates are, however, expected to fulfill the minimum percentage criteria as specified by the college and regulatory bodies.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This two-year program caters to registered nurses who wish to enhance their qualifications. The college offers the seats for 40 for this program. Eligibility includes diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a valid registration as Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN & RM) in any State Nursing Council.
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): The GNM program is a three-year diploma course with an intake of 20 students. Admission into this program is mostly based on the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects. The actual eligibility criteria and method of selection are specified by the college in line with the INC guidelines.
