VMMC Safdarjung UG Admission Process 

• Application Form will be downloaded from the website of VMMC Safdarjung. The submitted form, along with all the necessary documents and application fee, needs to be posted.

• Candidates have to apply for the centralised counselling conducted by Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). DGHS deals with the 15% All India Quota seats. Shortlisted candidates will be announced on the DGHS website.

• For the remaining 85% state quota seats, candidates have to apply with the state counselling authority like GGSIPU, Delhi.

VMMC Safdarjung PG Admission Process 

• Eligible candidates will have to apply for centralised counselling done by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

• MCC governs the counselling for All India Quota, Deemed/Central universities, ESIC, and AFMS colleges. The cut-off merit list of the shortlisted candidates is published on the portal by the DGHS.

• The remaining 50 percent seats in the state quota candidates will be needed to register with the concerned counselling authorities of their states, like GGSIPU in the case of Delhi.

• At the counselling, all the candidates will have to fill their choices and make VMMC Safdarjung as their first preference.

• A seat is allocated to the candidate based on NEET PG scores, preferences expressed by the candidates, and reservation criteria.

• Once a candidate receives a seat allotment, they must report to VMMC Safdarjung personally for the purpose of document verification, fee payment, and all admission procedures.

VMMC Safdarjung Doctoral Admission Process 

• Students who wish to join the courses should download the application form for the doctorate programme from the website of VMMC Safdarjung. 

• The filled up application form along with all other relevant documents and application fee, shall be sent through letter at the address given.

• The candidates have to apply for the centralised counselling held by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). DGHS organises the counselling for super specialty programs based on the scores secured in NEET SS.

• During the counselling round, allotment will be done by the candidates as per the scores secured by them in NEET SS, choices, and seats vacant. The allotment would be made on the merit basis and considering the reservation rules.

• Admission of such applicants will be treated as confirmed only when the candidate attends counselling and accepts the seat allotted, and completes all formalities such as document verification and fee payment at VMMC Safdarjung.

• First-generation Ph.D. students admitted through this year's admission process will also attend an orientation session to get acquainted with the steps and mechanisms followed by this institution in routine functionaries, systems, and academic environment.
