DGHS will do the counselling for 15% All India Quota seats based on NEET UG Score and list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed in DGHS website.
For the state-level counselling, candidates need to register with the state counselling authority body - GGSIPU, Delhi as the 85% seats will be allotted by the state counselling body.

VMMC has the facilities of the library, hostel for boys and girls, canteen and mess. The library provides access to the ERMED consortium which provides access to international and Indian journals.
Hostel: The college offers hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel has an attached Mess, T.V. Room & Sports facilities.
Library: The library has a vast and eclectic collection of books, journals, databases, audio-visual aids, e-books, and bound volumes. A digital library fulfils the electronic material needs of the students. It provides access to the ERMED consortium which provides access to approximately 2000 international and Indian journals.
Our college building is 6 floored and all the floors are fully air conditioned. There is cafeteria also on the ground floor of college building where you can get clean and hygienic food. All the lecture theatres have smart boards and fully furnished and well cushioned seats.Our library is 3 floored and it is also fully air conditioned.On the 2nd and 3rd floor of library you can get books of different well knowned Indian and Foreign authors. Ground floor of library is for self study.
This college is best in all aspects.college have eco friendly campus.college campus is highly natural.college have all facilities like classroom, library,gym,sport ground,hostel and mess etc.mess is pretty hygienic and have delicious meal.classes are well furnished and air conditioning system.hostels are well maintained and study friendly.sports ground are fully sports friendly.gym is also good for your health and body care
The college infrastructure is okayish. It's not something someone would like. Although it is new and Safdarjung hospital is a huge hospital but when it comes to the college it is just one building and not much space is there for extra activities.

First of all, congratulations for your outstanding marks in NEET. NEET is one of the toughest exams in India and scoring such an excellent marks in it is one of the achievement in itself.
Though answer keys of different institutes are not 100% accurate but almost to the mark. So you can expect an increase or decrease of about 10-12 marks.
VMMC one of the most reputed and best college of not only delhi but also pan India allows admission in MBBS/BDS and many more courses through NEET. thought the competition is high but 650+ is a safe number to beat the competition.
As we look at the previous years cut-off, it was around 640. You are expecting above it so thumbs up! So yes you have a high chance of getting your dream college.
But then too you will have to wait for the official answer key by nta that will be released soon @ https://neet.nta.nic.in/ . and the councelling.

It is really difficult to predict cut off for a particular college or a particular course since it changes every year and keeps on increasing. However, looking at previous year's cut off for MBBS in VMMC delhi, OBC category candidates required to secure rank between 230-260. Last year closing rank for OBC category was 255. If you score 690 out of 720, as you have mentioned above your score would be between 50-150, so there are decent chances of your admission in VMMC, delhi.
