MMC Chennai Admission Process

The college offers courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. Some of the courses offered are MBBS, MD, MS, M.Ch., DM. Students aspiring to get MMC, Chennai admission in MBBS need to get a valid score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Candidates who qualify NEET examination are then supposed to fill NEET counselling application form to get MMC, Chennai admission in MBBS. Candidates desirous of taking admission in postgraduate programmes such as M.S General Surgery, M.D. Pathology, M.D. Radiodiagnosis needs to appear and qualify for NEET PG followed by counselling. For MMC, Chennai Doctoral admissions, students need to appear and qualify for NEET-SS followed by counselling.

MMC, Chennai UG Admissions are offered in two courses which are MBBS And B.Sc. Students aspiring for MMC, Chennai MBBS admissions need to have a valid score in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Examination (NEET-UG) conducted by NTA.

MMC, Chennai UG Courses, Seat Intake and Eligibility criteria:

Madras Medical College, Chennai MBBS Admission process 2024

Candidates should fill out an online application form for admission to the College.
Admission will be done on the basis of the marks scored in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by NTA.
Students need to appear and obtain a valid score in the respective examination.
The college will release the MMC, Chennai cut-off.
Qualified candidates will then be called for counselling.
The final selection will be based on the document verification and after the fees will be paid.

Madras Medical College B.Sc Admission process

Candidates must meet the MMC, Chennai B.Sc eligibility criteria.
Candidates should fill out an application form for admission to the College.
Admission will be done on the basis of the marks in the Senior Secondary Examination (XII) of the Rajasthan Board or any other equivalent examination from a recognised board.
The final selection will be confirmed after the documents are verified by the college.

Madras Medical College PG Admissions 2024

MMC, Chennai PG Admissions are offered in two courses which are MD, MS, P.G.D, and M.Sc. Students aspiring for MMC, Chennai PG admissions need to have a valid score in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Examination (NEET- PG) conducted by NDA.

Hope you are doing great!

As we look at the previous years cut-off it is seen that the opening and closing rank for madras medical college was 255 and 755 respectively for last year for general category. 783-979 for obc and 6533-12242 for the reserved category.

As the competition is increasing every year it is expected that this year also the cut off will hike up. So in order to lock a seat in this governement college you need scare a safe number which may be around 650-670 and above.

Yes, BPT course is available in Madras Medical College. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T) is a full-time 4.5-year course offered by Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute University, Chennai. There is no entrance exam candidates have to fill out the application form from the official website. Candidates who have passed 10+2 standard of education from any approved board or university with not less then 40% marks in PCB are eligible for this course.
