Regional Institute of Co Operative Management, Chandigarh Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a highly specialized well stocked and air-conditioned library with about 15,000 volumes of various books on cooperation, areas of Management, Finance, Accounts, Banking, Economics, Rural Development, Law, Computers and other related areas catering to the needs of the student/  participants, members of the faculty and research scholars from different colleges, and universities. Besides all leading journals, newspapers, magazines, etc., are available in the library. Arrangements would be made to introduce new books and journals, etc, related to Managerial Practices once the new course (PGDBM) has commenced. 

The college has a well-equipped computer lab with Local Area Network (LAN)  having 25 nodes/ terminals including an IBM  server connected to it where the students/  participants can work up to  20 hours a  day. Arrangements can be made to provide around 30 more computers on the campus. 

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has boy’s hostel Facilities ( separate for boys and girls) accommodating about 100 persons comfortably.  Spacious and well-furnished guest rooms. The institute has two separate rooms for conducting tutorials if required. 

The college has Girls' hostel Facilities ( separate for boys and girls) accommodating about 100 persons comfortably.  Spacious and well-furnished guest rooms. The institute has two separate rooms for conducting tutorials if required.

The College Classrooms are well equipped with microphones, air conditioning, and comfortable teaching and learning conditions.

The College has a well-equipped air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of about 200 persons for holding seminars, conferences, and even for conducting training programs.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college also provides workshop facilities for all the students.        

The college also encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities.

The college's Motivation for the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of prospective employers for the college's graduating students.
