Unfortunately, that power often appears reserved for a chosen few. The rest of the batch survives on self-effort, optimism, and perhaps a little divine intervention. It’s not that others don’t seek guidance, it’s just that approaching the “wrong” person or not belonging to the “right” circle can earn you cold shoulders or silent grudges. So while brochures proudly advertise equal opportunity, the lived experience sometimes feels more like selective opportunity. Of course, there are exceptions a few who manage to bypass this maze through sheer resilience or extraordinary effort. But when survival feels like strategy and access feels like privilege, one can’t help but question the system.
