MarQuity: The Marketing Club of MDI aims to develop marketing knowledge in students in the most innovative way. MarQuity provides best learning exposure by organizing several online quizzes and contests, live projects, compendiums and sector reports. Marquity’s flagship national level case study competition is floated in association with Imperium. The club facilitates industry interaction by organizing guest talks and an annual marketing conclave by experts from various domains.
Monetrix: This is the Economics & Finance Club. The purpose of the club is to achieve excellence in the field of finance. It ensures the sustenance of a thriving culture of finance on campus. The members of this club track the various sectors of the world economy and lead verticals which ensure the transfer of knowledge to the student community at large. The club regularly organises a variety of sessions throughout the year to give students a platform to engage in discussions about recent trends in financial sectors and present their analysis on the same.
HR academic club: The club aims to integrate the experiences of practitioners with the theoretical knowledge of academicians in the area of human resource development and provide a strong thrust to the domain of HR. The club regularly organises numerous inter b-school competitions and industry interface sessions.
Impulse-the International Business Academic club: The club provides opportunities for students to learn about international business and trade relations through reading materials and compendiums, case study competitions, research activities on International trade and topical issues. The aim of this club is to foster knowledge pertaining to global economic and trade activities.
Thinc-the Business Technology Club: The club focuses on disseminating relevant information about Information Management domain and continuously keep students updated about the latest happenings from the SMAC domain, digitization via various means. The club is divided into three verticals namely, Knowledge and Event Management, Live Project and Sponsorship and Creativity & Design and work in coordination with each other.
Operations Management Club: The aim of the club is to help the student community gain new perspectives and insights in the field of Operations Management. It resolves queries in the Operation Management area for academics and regularly conducts events at college and national level.
Sanskriti Club: Sanskriti hosts and organises cultural events. Sanskriti nurtures talent and provides a stage for the performer within us. The club is broadly divided into four verticals: (1) the Core Team or the Judgadoos: in charge of all events and activities on campus, (2) Mukhautey: the drama team, (3) Mandolins: the music team and (4) Sole to Soul: the dance team.
MART: This is a student-run co-operative store on campus. The purpose of M.A.R.T. is to fulfil the basic necessities of confectionaries, packed food, toiletries, stationeries and sports items. The team members continuously work towards procurement of items, inventory management and managing accounts of the shop on a regular basis despite. M.A.R.T. is a Non – Profit initiative of students where the profits are donated for a social cause at the end of each financial year.
Samaritans: Samaritans is the social initiatives club. The aim of the club is to harness the management acumen of students in making a difference to society. Through the various initiatives, the club intends to nurture a sense of Social Responsibility amongst future managers.
Arambh: This is the Entrepreneurship Cell of MDI. Through its events and activities, it has created a Start-up ecosystem, in and around MDI where ideas are brainstormed upon and students are facilitated to help them fulfil their entrepreneurial dreams. Arambh regularly invites MDI Alumnus and Gurgaon based Entrepreneurs to partner with Arambh in the capacity of a Mentor and guide MDI students to pursue their goal of entrepreneurship.
Committees at MDI:
International Relations Committee: The Committee is the student arm of the International Relations Office which supports and coordinates all international activities of MDI. IRC allocates Indian students to international students on exchange to MDI and ensures that they have a smooth transition. It is also responsible for facilitating the Student Exchange Process for incoming students to ensure their smooth transition and outgoing students by coordinating with the International Relations Office.
Alumni Committee: To strengthen the bondage between alumni and MDI, the Alumni Relations Committee or the Alcom makes their best efforts through various innovative ideas & actions.
Hostel and Mess Committee: The committee keeps track of every issue related to Hostel Infrastructure and Mess while being in touch with various stakeholders involved.
Sports Committee: The committee provides opportunities to play, practice and participate in various sports events within and outside the B-school. The committee organises various tournaments throughout the year, ranging across all indoor to outdoor sports.

Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon offers various facilities to its students. This includes a library, hostel, conference room, auditorium and amphitheatre. The college also has the facility of sports and gym. These facilities are established, keeping in mind the physical exercise and sports need of the students for involving them into successful personalities.
Library: The Library Resource Centre (LRC) is fully automated and enriched both in traditional and online resources. Library holds a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visual materials, and e-journals. The online library portal is accessible across the campus network on a 24x7 basis. Users can access full-text resources and know the real-time status of various library materials from their own computer terminals. The online library includes major international online databases such as Proquest’s ABI/INFORM, Business Source Complete (EBSCO), Sage Online Journals collection, Elsevier collection, JSTOR, CMIE databases, Capitaline, ACE Equity, APA databases, ISI Emerging Markets, Bloomberg Terminal, Datamonitor, HBS Case collection, Financial Times database, etc. The library is open seven days a week.
Computer Center: MDI has a state-of-the-art computing facility. All the classrooms are equipped with Projection Systems and Computer System with Internet connectivity. To provide flexibility & convenient access to network facilities Wi-Fi Network facilities has been provided at various locations on the campus.
Hostel: The institute provides hostels for boys and girls. Students of PGPM, PGP-HR and PGP-IM stay on campus and are provided with accommodation on twin-sharing basis in Change Masters, Takshashila and twin-sharing/four-sharing in Kshitij. There are separate hostel blocks for the girl students called Oddessy (twin-sharing) & Kaveri (twin/triple sharing). Takshashila is also an executive hostel for the participants of executive graduate programmes (NMP). It has the facility of reception halls, air-conditioned dining halls and air-conditioned semi-furnished rooms.
Executive Hostel: MDI provides special hostel facilities for the students of MBA-Executive programme at Parthenon and Nalanda hostels. This is specially designed to suit the needs of executives. The rooms are air-conditioned and are fully furnished with modern gadgets..
Mess: The mess offers variety at meals so as to ensure people get what they like to eat. The menu takes care of inculcating tastes of various cuisines. Students have a say in deciding the menu through a student-run committee. Students are provided 4 meals in a day i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, High tea, Dinner
Medical Facilities: Medical facilities are available to students on campus. A doctor visits the campus at specific timings every day excluding Sunday. The institute also has 24x7 ambulance service for medical emergencies. First aid kit is available at every hostel’s reception desk.
Sports Facilities: Sports facilities are available on campus for students which include a Golf course, Gymnasium, grounds for Cricket, Football, Hockey. MDI has 2 Badminton courts and 1 Basketball, Tennis and Volleyball court. Facilities are also available for indoor games like Chess, Carrom, Snooker and Table tennis.
Counselling Cell: Counselling cell which takes care of students’ need of advice/support during the turmoil they face because of performance pressure or personal problems. The cell gives them space to vent out their stress anxiety concern(s) and if the need arises they are advised for the corrective and preventive actions.

First of all, let's just look at the eligibility criteria for the NMP program:
1. 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in 10th and 12th.
2. 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in UG from a recognized University.
3. Minimum of 5 years post qualification work experience.
The cut-off for MDI goes till around 94-94 percentile for last year (2019) and for 2018 it was around 90 for the general category students. MDI also consider the GD and PI score for calculation and evaluation. Here, is the link for other details:
