Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon provides various types of placements to students studying in their final year. According to the MDI Gurgaon placement statistics 2023 provided by the official website, the total number of recruiters including new recruiters visited the college is 21. The total number of students placed in the MDI Gurgaon placement drive is 472 (batch consisted of 238 students from PGDM, 120 students from PGDM-HRM and 114 from PGDM-IB programme). MDI Gurgaon placement highest salary package was Rs. 60 LPA. The placements which is main kind value for reason.The placements in our college are excellent. The entire batch got placed for both the years. Our senior batch has an average package of around 19 LPA. The roles offered were of marketing, finance, general management and operations. The placement cell is very efficient.Placements are 100%. The placement cell is very efficient and student run. The average package of our seniors batch was about 20 LPA. The average stipend that students got for their summer internship of 2 months is about 1.8 Lacs. Very good college with in the limits of boundary.

Best in Placements that all we got in this 2023 year and for my senior batch and the junior batch were 100%. The roles offered were in sales and marketing, finance, consulting, operations and general management. The average package was 19 LPA. For summers, the average stipend was 1.85 lakhs for two months. There is a placement cell, which is run by the student It is very efficient.The percentage of students who got placed in my course is 85.

To answer your question, NO. All the students of premier B-schools in India do not have the above criteria. Though they are preferred, but what all the students have is a good profile, with good academics, and good co-curricular and extra-curricular.
Also, having work-ex is not mandatory, though it would help you is B-schools.
