NTA Swayam July semester 2025 Exam Dates: Overview

When will NTA Swayam exam 2025 be held?

NTA conducts semester exams for Swayam certification courses twice a year, that is, in January and July. According to the latest NTA notification, the NTA SWAYAM July semester exam will be conducted on December 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2025. Earlier, for the January semester, the Swayam exam was conducted on May 17, 18, 24, 25, and 31, 2025.

NTA SWAYAM Registration Date 2025

Candidates pursuing SWAYAM certification courses need to register for the semester exam and qualify by meeting the minimum required per cent to get their certificate. According to the trends, SWAYAM exam registration will begin tentatively by the second week of October 2025. Candidates can complete their application form by the last week of October 2025.

NTA Swayam Application Form Correction Date 2025

NTA provides the facility to make changes in the application form in case of any error in the submitted data. In order to make any corrections, NTA opens a correction window for three days after the closing of registration. For the SWAYAM January semester exam, the correction window was open from April 23, 2025, to April 25, 2025. The window for NTA SWAYAM application correction gets closed at 11:50 PM on the last day.

NTA Swayam City Intimation Slip Date 2025

Before the release of the admit card, the authorities will issue a SWAYAM exam city intimation slip to all the registered candidates, which includes details about the allotted city for the SWAYAM semester exam. Candidates can check the city intimation slip to know only about their test city details. Candidates have to download the NTA SWAYAM admit card to know the exam details about the exam centre and to appear in the exam. For NTA SWAYAM July semester exam 2025, city intimation slip will be tentatively available by first week of December 2025.

NTA Swayam Admit Card Date 2025

NTA will release the NTA Swayam admit card for the July semester 2025 in online mode four days before the scheduled SWAYAM exam dates. Candidates can download the admit card of the Swayam semester exam by using their login credentials, that is, the application number and password. NTA also provides the city intimation slip a day before the release of the admit card.

NTA Swayam Result Date 2025

NTA will release the SWAYAM result in online mode on the official website tentatively by the second week of January 2026 based on the previous exam statistics. Candidates who appeared in the SWAYAM exam can check their results using their login credentials. The final score and certificate will be provided by the exam national coordinators after the declaration of result on their SWAYAM dashboard.
