You can either fill the form of DU JAT 2018 again carefully, as in a fresh application. However, there is a chance that they might cancel your application. If possible please try to write an application to the university regarding the issue, they will guide you further.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for DU-JAT as long as you have a minimum of 55% in English, Mathematics and any two other subjects from the specified list of electives provided by DU.
