You can either fill the form of DU JAT 2018 again carefully, as in a fresh application. However, there is a chance that they might cancel your application. If possible please try to write an application to the university regarding the issue, they will guide you further.
Always recheck the information you have provided before making payment. It will save you from trouble later.
Visit the office if you can., in case they don't respond.
