But we didnt get certificates from colleges it will take time to get.For counselling how can we attend without certifates.

if you have stayed in outside of telangana for more than 10 years excluding the period of study outside the state, then you need to submit the Residence Certificate at the time of counselling.

You need to meet your MRO/VRO to get the residence certificate.

Yes cap category Candidate's whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under ‘CAP’ category. This certificate is issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. In case of Ex-Servicemen, identity card and service discharge would be required for verification.

TSICET is entrance exam to do your graduation in MBA or MCA

You need to clear the subjects and then you have to attend couselling so first clear your subject or else you will not be eligible for participating in couselling

I believe validity for domicile ,caste and income certificates are three years in general.

So better you should apply for new updated ones.It will be valid.
