36 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy Ph.D. program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned offered by K R Mangalam University, Gurugram.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should have a postgraduate degree or its equivalent from a recognized University, in the respective discipline, with a minimum of 55% marks or a minimum CGPA of 5.5 on a 10-point scale.
- They are required to supply a brief statement of research interests (maximum 1 page) Research experience like project work or internships at the undergraduate or master’s-level should be highlighted. Candidates who have qualified GATE examination will be preferred.
Admission Details
Admission to the Ph.D. program will be based on the overall performance in the graduate degree, Entrance Examination, Personal Interview, and positions available. Preference will be given to GATE-qualified candidates and those having sponsored projects.
