NIT Kurukshetra Admission Process

NIT Kurukshetra offers admission to its courses based on the entrance examination. Candidates can apply for NIT Kurukshetra admission on the official website of the college. Candidates then have to register for the entrance examination required for their course on the official website of the NIT Kurukshetra. To get NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech admission the candidates have to appear for the JEE Mains entrance examination.

For the M.Tech course, candidates have to appear for the GATE examination, for NIT Kurukshetra admission to MBA course, candidates have to appear for CAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance examination and the MCA course candidates have to appear for the NIMCET entrance examination. To get NIT Kurukshetra admission for PhD courses candidates have to appear for admission tests and personal interviews.

NIT Kurukshetra UG Admission 2024

NIT Kurukshetra offers multiple courses of which 10 courses are B. Tech courses that are available in different specialisations. The duration of these courses is 4 years.

NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech Admission Selection Process

Candidates have to fill out and submit the application form.
Candidates have to appear for the JEE Mains entrance examination.
Candidates selected in the entrance examination have to appear for the counselling process conducted by JoSAA.
In the counselling process, candidates must write NIT Kurukshetra as the college they prefer and select a B.Tech course with the specialisation they want to pursue.
Candidates will be selected for NIT Kurukshetra admissions based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination and counselling process.
Final selected candidates for NIT Kurukshetra admissions will be informed to the registered mail ID/mobile number.
Candidates selected have to visit the campus to submit their documents for the verification process and submit the course fee for admission.

NIT Kurukshetra PG Admission 2024

NIT Kurukshetra offers a total of 24 courses at the postgraduate level. These courses are M.Tech, MCA and MBA. The duration of these courses is 2 to 3 years.

MBA	90	Candidate must have completed graduation of a minimum of three years with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) from a recognised university.

NIT Kurukshetra M.Tech Admission Process

Candidates have to fill out the application form with all the details
Candidates have to appear for the GATE entrance examination.
Candidates selected have to appear for the counselling process.
Candidates have to select NIT Kurukshetra admissions as their preferred college and select their M.Tech course with their preferred specialisation.
Shortlisting of candidates for NIT Kurukshetra admissions will be done based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination.
Final shortlisted candidates for NIT Kurukshetra admissions will be informed of their registered mail ID/mobile number.

NIT Kurukshetra offers a total of 17 courses at the doctorate level which includes Ph.D in different specialisations. The duration of these courses is 6 years.

What shall i choose : DTU CSE or NIT Kurukshetra IT

Hello aspirant,

NIT Kurukshetra and DTU are both excellent colleges. However, in terms of the student community and exposure, NIT Kurukshetra surpasses DTU. As soon as JoSAA releases the NIT Kurukshetra cutoff 2024 for their home state and other states, candidates may get it on the official page. The NIT Kurukshetra cutoff will be made available by the authorities along with the cutoffs for different courses, genders, and state quotas.
