National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra has a training and placement cell that offers various placement and internship opportunities for students. The training and placement cell of NIT Kurukshetra works hard to provide the opportunities which will give the best growth in the career of the students.

The training and placement cell invites companies for NIT Kurukshetra placement drive to their college from various sectors such as Core Engineering, Consulting, Manufacturing, Software and IT. The placement cell also prepares the students for NIT Kurukshetra Placements by conducting mock interviews and other activities to enhance their employability skills. The placement process of the company includes the written test, group discussion and personal interview.

NIT Kurukshetra Placement Process

The training and placement cell of NIT Kurukshetra invites the companies for the placement process to their campus.
The company fills out the form given by the training and placement cell with all the information about them.
The date of the placement process is discussed between the training and placement cell and the company.
The training and placement cell informs the students regarding the job opening and sends the list of interested candidates to the company.
The company conducts the placement process on the said date, the placement process includes pre-placement talks, group discussions and personal interviews.
The company releases the offer letter to the selected candidates and shares the list of the selected candidates with the training and placement cell.
The training and placement cell helps the selected candidates complete their joining formalities and ensures that the candidates join on the date mentioned in the offer letter.

Quality of placements offered here is not very good and the percentage of students placed last year were around 60 percent and the highest package offered was around 13 LPA And it went to MBA finance course but the placement process was not at all easy and the college staff was also not that much supportive.

Kurukshetra University is the best government university in Haryana with good facilities and faculty members. Placements: There are many companies that are recruiting candidates for Kurukshetra University. Students are recruited in mass by companies like Infosys, Wipro, and many law firms are also recruiting.

see the rating of college is given by the students of kurukshetra University is 3.4 so i think it's moderate.

I would like some information regarding ECE in general in India. ECE is not having a scope in India. If you have interest in ECE and want to pursue a better career, I would recommend you to go abroad.

So my one statement regarding ECE at NIT Kurukshetra is: If you have never struggled in your life or if you have spent your whole life happily and get bored.

NIT Kurukshetra is a great college for computer science engineering.

Over the years, NIT Kurukshetra has consistently had successful placements. Microsoft has awarded a student a package worth INR 51 LPA as part of the institute's placement drive for the batch of 2022.

1227 eligible students participated in the NIT Kurukshetra Placements 2021 session. 623 of them were placed, while 683 placement offers were made. A placement rate of 50.77% was achieved.

The highest compensation package obtained was INR 43.75 LPA, and the average salary for undergraduate students was INR 11.37 LPA.

During the placement drive, reputable recruiters including ICICI Lombard, HCL Technologies, Microsoft, Adani Group, Mphasis, and others visited the campus.
