The placement quality is not that bad actually but it mostly depend on you that how much knowledge you have to get the placemment I am not that much aware of these thing that much right now like salary packages but I can say that yes somehow the college is supportive

The campus placements are also bad. There are a very limited number of companies that come for campus recruitment, and also the few that come don't have a lot of vacancies. Some students get placed, but most students don't get any offers through campus placements.

Yes definitely it would be valid for UPSC services, this is because UPSC demands at least a Bachelor's degree to be eligible to serve for UPSC services and as you are pursuing B.Tech so it is a Bachelor's program although you have taken admission to direct second year
