Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) is a school for management studies established by visionary members of Jesuits Fathers who wanted to deliver whole-person integral growth to the students and make greater good in society. The XLRI originally was established in Jamshedpur city in Jharkhand in the year 1949.

In 2017, the expansion of the institution led to the establishment of a second campus at Jhajjar, Haryana, which is popularly known as the XLRI Delhi-NCR campus, as the location of the campus is well connected with all the regions of Delhi-NCR. The two campuses of XLRI strive for excellence in academics and vision to provide global competency and comfort to its students. In terms of comfort, the management of the institution has created an XLRI Student Portal for all current and new students to access innumerable information at a one-stop destination.

The XLRI Student Portal, popularly known as Academic Information System (AIS) has all the copyright reserved for XLRI Jamshedpur. Students studying in XLRI, in any of the two campuses are only eligible to access the Academic Information System (AIS), or the XLRI student portal for various purposes.

Furthermore, the access to the XLRI student portal is only actualized with the AIS student id, which a student receives from the officials of the institute at the time of enrollment in any of the programs available at the two campuses of XLRI. in addition to the AIS student is, students are also provided with passwords, which they can change later on. The student who wishes to access the XLRI student portal has to fill in the AIS id and password onto the login system that directs students to their respective dashboards. XLRI student portal known as Academic Information System (AIS) is a student login webpage that allows students of the institution to access the respective student dashboards that grant them access to all the relevant information regarding their personal details, in addition to the details and updates about the institution.

The Academic Information System (AIS), an XLRI student login was created and regulated by the IT departments of XLRI, Jamshedpur. The access to the student login is restricted to the enrolled students of XLRI, belonging from any of the two campuses of the institution. At the time of enrollment, the student is provided with an AID id and a password which is unique for each student. A student may log in to the personal student portal by filling in the AIS id and password onto the XLRI student portal.

The students of XLRI can access various data and information via student logins, which is an added advantage for them during their course duration, and even after the completion of the degree. The advantage of the XLRI student portal is as follows.

The student portal also provides a direct communication channel with the faculty of XLRI, as the faculty members upload all the relevant study material and assignments for students to access on the portal.

As stated above, an enrolled student in different programs and degrees at any one of the two campuses of XLRI can only access the XLRI student login portal, by means of an AIS id and password. Moreover, the steps for accessing login to the student portal are as follows.

Step1: Students must visit the official website of XLRI for accessing the student login page, or access directly the student login page via the XLRI student portal, which will direct students to the webpage, as shown in the picture below.

Step 2: On the student portal, students are required to enter their respective AIS id and password provided to them by the officials of XLRI.

Step 3: After entering the asked credentials, students are requested to click on the login option, which will direct the students to their respective student logins.
