B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering is a full-time four-year course degree Offered By IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and approved by AICTE.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, and Biology.
Diploma in any engineering trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chd or SLIET Longowal or any such exam from any other State Board of Technical Education.
Two-year certificate course from SLIET Longowal.

Admission Details

Admission will be made on the basis of rank of JEE (Main). 85% seats shall be open to the candidates within the state and 15% will be open for the candidates from outside the state.

College Infrastructure

The food served in the canteen is average. There is no variety, and even the quality is not up to the mark though. They are improving it each year but maybe by the time I pass from college they may improve. Sports facilities should be open to all, and regular coaching should be provided.

It was really memorable studying in DAVIET.

College Infrastructure

My college has world class infrastructure and very good libraries, laboratories, sports facilities etc. Th gardens are well maintained and the living spaces are very hygienic. Labs are maintained properly with up to date equipments.

The college I envision for an ideal experience should have robust infrastructure and facilities to support students' academic and personal growth. Classrooms should be equipped with modern technology, including smart boards and high-speed WiFi, to facilitate interactive learning. Laboratories should be well-maintained with up-to-date equipment to ensure hands-on practical education. The library should have an extensive collection of books, both physical and digital, with comfortable study spaces
