As per previous year cutoff, DAV University Jalandhar cutoff rank and closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 2,26,670 with general category. Your rank is approximate nearer to that. So, you might have chance to get CSE in DAV IET Jalandhar.

According to the college's placement statistics their placement rate is pretty consistent with an average package of around 2.5 to 3 lakhs per annum. However, don't join just because of the placements.

Both the colleges are good. The highest package of DAV institute of engineering and technology jalandhar is 20.5 lakhs and the highest package of CGC landran from CSE was for 32 lakh per annum at amazon. The placement cell of both the universities work hard for their students
